Our Founder

Colonel (Ret.) Abby Ruscetta brings over two decades of leadership in the U.S. Air Force, culminating as Wing Commander of Tinker Air Force Base—where she led thousands of Airmen and civilians in one of the service’s most complex missions. A USAFA Hall of Fame swimmer and Air Force Triathlon Team competitor, she has represented the Department of Defense on the world stage, balancing fierce discipline with unwavering commitment.

Today, she applies those same values as a business leader, problem-solver, and collaborator—whether guiding organizations through tough transitions, aligning teams for long-term success, or building coalitions to tackle wicked problems.
